PDMR Dealing

CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care and education services to adults and children in the UK, announces that John Ivers, Chief Operating Officer, has sold 57,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares), held under the terms of the Company's Executive Shared Ownership Plan 2016 (the "Share Plan"), which was announced on 30 March 2016. The 57,000 Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Share Plan ("Plan Shares") and vested on 24 March 2019 following fulfilment of vesting criteria, have been sold by Mr Ivers at a price of 489 pence per Ordinary Share ("Sale"). Following the Sale, Mr Ivers' has 243,000 Ordinary Shares remaining under the Share Plan.

Following the Sale, Mr Ivers and his connected parties will have a total beneficial interest of 302,040 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
