PDMR Dealings

Westminster Holdings Limited ("Westminster"), a company wholly owned and controlled by the Westminster Trust (a discretionary trust of which the beneficiaries include Farouq Sheikh and Haroon Sheikh, the Company's Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer respectively) has received, in aggregate, 384,345 new ordinary shares in CareTech as consideration for the acquisition of its holding in Cambian Group plc ("Cambian") pursuant to the terms of the Headline Offer for the acquisition of Cambian by CareTech which completed today.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Announcement have the meanings set out in the Company's announcement dated 16 August 2018 and in the combined prospectus and AIM admission document published on 19 September 2018.
