25/10/2024 08:25 | Mcun I like the distraction of following some horses a few days a week. What I can say is that it is absolutely exhilarating to watch - especially when a horse comes from near the back of a field to win on the line. Also just out of interest - just like with athletics I much prefer the longer races, seem to have more of a story to them. I will endeavour to post the winners on here too, and not mention the losers🤣 | neilyb675

25/10/2024 08:22 | I prefer to think of Neilyb as "one of life's characters". Such people are generally inoffensive and can, on occasion provide light humour in an otherwise drab day. Neily: I'm not into horse racing as my past, limited experiences generally ended in loss of money on my part. But, I see you tip some horses and it would be good if you, after the race, reported on the success or otherwise. TIA. | mcunliffe1

25/10/2024 07:23 | Hey Neilyb675 Nice shiny new thread you have here :-) Excellent work on your serial down ticking of posts across most of ADVFN! I'm not sure where you find the time for it all!! Quick question. Are you cool with posters posting whatever they want here? Football results, hore racing tips. Ball by ball cricket commentaries, etc, etc? You seem happy to stink up other threads with your crazily off-topic posts, so just checking it's OK to do it here too before I upset you. Looking forward to hearing from you old bean Good luck with the thread! | theinquisitiveone
