Conversion of Euro Shares
The directors of Carador Income Fund plc (the "Company") have determined that the conditions for continued listing of the Euro Shares on the Official List will not be met following the conversion of Euro Shares into U.S. Dollar Shares as of the NAV calculation date of 30 March 2012. Accordingly the directors have determined to exercise their powers under the Company's Articles of Association to compulsorily convert the outstanding Euro Shares into U.S. Dollar Shares. Such conversion shall take place subject to any requirements of the UKLA. The conversion will be based on the net asset value of each class of Shares as at 30 April 2012. A further announcement regarding the conversion ratio, the date on which conversion will be completed and the number of new U.S. Dollar Shares to be issued on conversion is expected to be made in late May2012.
