Great contract announcement today IMHO.

Hopefully Q3 update tomorrow (was on 10th last year) to keep the momentum going.

Seems like the company is in growth mode and with plenty of cash on the balance sheet investment in some mining fleet that can presumably get a decent roi should see the shares continue to re-rate , they still seem to have lots of drilling capacity and would be interesting to hear from the company how much more business they can do before major capex is needed on the drill side.

Agreed, Riv. Tax impact but effectively "free shares" are annoying. They should have to stump something up into the company even as a matter of principle! 18% isn't a bad metric.....at least Rem Cttee did a decent job there....

Indeed. I do hate the way these LTIPs have virtually no exercise price, but recognise that that's the way it's done these days until something is done about it.

Certainly pretty decent EPS growth of 18% has to be achieved for full vesting.

Lovely stuff - a major contract win bringing in an additional $25m-$30m of revenues next year. Remember, last year's TOTAL revenues were $116m....



And this also represents CAPD's entry into comprehensive services contracts, including load and haul (which benefits from low cap.ex), which are less cyclical.

It also nicely secures 5 years of future revenues going forward.

Excellent news.

Nice - CAPD have invested AU$900,000 in shares at 0.08c each in a lithium drilling project for Mali Lithium, quoted on the ASX. Plus as well as the shares CAPD get one option for every 2 shares exerciseable at 0.15c for 2 years.

Not sure if this is for gold or lithium drilling, or a combination? Anyway, with lithium being so in demand the returns here could be quite something, especially with CAPD presumably now being awarded the drilling contracts:
