16/4/2021 08:35 | I'm not opening the champagne just yet. Weve been teased too many times in the past. | thepopeofchillitown
16/4/2021 08:29 | The words.. "finally" spring to mind. | tole
16/4/2021 08:22 | Must be that tail wind arriving at last! | hastings
16/4/2021 08:22 | Movement on very small volume. CAPD doesn't do that often - sellers asleep or is this the first sign of real traction on the back of those significant delayed prints of late? All imo DYOR | sphere25
16/4/2021 08:19 | Here we go.....:o)) | rivaldo
16/4/2021 07:28 | If the sellers think CAPD is over-priced, I would love to know where they are investing in its place... | shanklin
15/4/2021 19:08 | Agreed Riv, just need to keep delivering and then boom, market wakes up.....decent yield may help | qs99
15/4/2021 18:31 | What the.....more huge trades reported after the close, and 9.33m shares traded in total today. That must be well over 30m shares traded this week, i.e approaching £20m. The m/cap's only £125m! There must surely be some whopping RNS's to come. | rivaldo
15/4/2021 14:49 | Volume this week has hit 28 million, or 15% of the shares in issue. Will be interesting to see who's been selling. | madmix
15/4/2021 14:30 | It may be annoying that the persistent selling dampens the reaction to all the positive news but it has done wonders for the liquidity & spread. I remember the days when you couldn't get an RSP quote for 10k on results day! | dangersimpson2
15/4/2021 14:29 | Pretty clear there's a big seller holding the price back, regular delayed trades of 50-100k blocks coming through, any ideas who this could be? | sundance 13
15/4/2021 14:14 | Was just about to post similar rivaldo. I don't remember ever seeing the kind of liquidity in CAPD as there has been this week - as you say one can sell in decent quantity @ 66p but one can also buy up to 100k shares. At least the chart looks like it's making a curiously reluctant move north. | gleach23
15/4/2021 13:58 | Are things turning for the better with 2.1m shares traded already so far today? Online I can sell 60k at a premium at 66p, whilst the buying price is now up to 66.4p. | rivaldo
15/4/2021 11:06 | Running the numbers from known contract starts, I think you'd have to make some fairly pessimistic assumptions to see anything other than the top end of the range of revenue for 2021 (no more contract wins, ARPOR dropping back, no revenue booked from Sukari in 2021.) Given the ability for everything in this region to take a bit longer than you think, I don't think they will update guidance until we are further into the year and all the new contracts are performing to plan. Tamesis, however, are currently forecasting bottom of the guidance range, so if/when the guidance upgrade comes from the company it is likely that Tamesis will have to make significant upside revisions to their revenue forecast and target price. | dangersimpson2
15/4/2021 10:55 | Buys going through at 66p currently, did a dummy trade of my own so price up even less then ADVFN is suggesting. | sundance 13
15/4/2021 09:23 | I've often held shares where the price has been "stuck" for a while, though not as long as this, and not with such obvious, immediate and large upside. The good news is that, in my experience, once the dam breaks a very large uplift can often be achieved surprisingly quickly - within days or a week or two. | rivaldo
15/4/2021 09:13 | All the trades at 66.3 are buys, including my own top up this morning. Happy to keep buying while the market remains cynical. | sundance 13
15/4/2021 09:03 | Profit taking at circa 10%? Why would you bother? They need locking up if people are doing that. I was just about to post that the rise was rather underwhelming. I would not be surprised at all if we were back at 60p in a couple of weeks. I never held a share that behaved like this. It must be putting investors off. | thepopeofchillitown
15/4/2021 08:59 | Happy holder/buyer! | chillpill
15/4/2021 08:57 | Very surprised at the muted market response to such an impressive update. Still time for investors to get in, or top up at a relatively low price. I assume price is being depressed by profit taking from investors who participated in the earlier fundraising at 58p. I'm happy to continue holding. Troc | troc1958
15/4/2021 08:20 | Thanks for the new thread Rivaldo | owenski
15/4/2021 08:12 | Tamesis Partners this morning retain their 127p target, and note a current year P/E of only 8.5: They summarise: "•Positive outlook. Capital notes that it is currently experiencing the strongest demand environment for drilling services in a decade. The continued strong gold price is positive for Capital with c. 90% of company revenue generated from the sector. The MSALABS Bulyanhulu lab services and Sukari waste stripping contracts both support locked in non-drilling revenue growth as well as enhancing revenue diversification for the company.Capital also notes that tendering opportunities across all business units continues to be highly active. Conclusion: This most recent trading update highlights the operational excellence of Capital Limited as well as the revenue growth and diversification being achieved by the management. The shares are down 7% YTD despite this performance. As such they continue to look extremely undervalued; trading on a 2021E EV/EBITDA and P/E of 2.6x and 8.5x respectively. We re-iterate that Capitalis a perfect and relatively safe way to gain leverageto the gold price, which looks to have stabilised,as well as a well-executed organic expansion strategy." | rivaldo |
