So if Tesla has sold Maxwell in July 2021 but kept the supercapicitor that Maxwell MIGHT have copied from Cap-xx where do we stand to grow the stock if Cap-xx wins the case against Maxwell for patent infringment?

Well that rapid over-subscribed issue is sort of good news, the institutions will have had a good look at the way the business is shaping and clearly think 5.5p is a grab. Happy to hold then for now, but we still need some significant good news before piling in.

This is a punt jailbird, could go either way.

Grey grey, told you news was incoming as I read my tea leaves. The leaves also show a nice ‘little’ rise from here.

Well well well been on the cards for quite some time. Kongats still can’t make a profit and continues to use shareholders as cash cows. 5.5p is lower than I had guessed so expect significant losses to come in the accounts.

They are not capable of making money hence why Murata pulled out.

Did warn you profitseeker

If they need cash for good reasons, developing the business and turning a profit etc, then so be it. I am a little surprised to hear they still need to invest to recommission the production line from Malaya, I thought that was done and dusted. And disappointed to hear they are having to stump up to protect and enforce patents, they are already owed 5 million unlikely to be recovered from the first case and heading to a similar outcome with Maxwell.

I agree it seems daft to wait until the share price has sunk so low before raising funds at an even deeper discount, why not tap the markets when the share price was flying along at 10-12p six months ago.

That is three strikes for me, unless there is some really good news sharpish it could be time to cut and run.

Like me, the directors have sold shares. In fact I sold out.

In a perfect world, yes, but I think in this 'risk off' environment for small caps, the institutions have companies by the balls and will wait until they can get in as cheap as possible as there doesn't appear to be much competing capital sloshing around right now?

I find it ridiculous that they have waited until now to do a placing. Surely it should have been done when the shareprice was much higher , not at recent prices.

The company that keeps on taking. Maybe the directors should take a pay cut until they actually produce a profit.

This has all the hallmarks of an AIM company designed to pay the directors 6 figure salaries and no more.

Contracts, what contracts? So far this calendar year we have had seven companies announcing that they were selecting Cap-Xx's products to be used in their own products. Not one contract from any of them! Why? Because they have only stated their intent to use Cap-Xx's products. Contracts will emerge in due course and only then will values will be attached to them. You can put a value on a firm contract but not just on a notice of intent. Anyone wishing otherwise is simply whistling in the wind.Just be happy that we have been picking up new companies at the rate of one a month this year! (This is why all these announcements have been classed as RNSNon).

the shocking shareprice performance continues here. Contracts announced have no value attributed to them . Sub 6p appears to be very close. Support around 4p ?
