Directors taking shares in lieu of salary. I got burnt with this before. Just when you think this is a good thing and they are showing confidence in the company, it's not always the case

Directors took the shares fully aware that they were going to get taken over at three times the price of the shares being issued to them

Great if your average was three times a pitiful low price, but for them it was triple wages.

MDW directors took shares at 1.8p knowing a large pharmaceutical would take them out at 6p. Many long term holders were sat on 9p averages waiting for the recovery, not wanting to throw good money after bad. They lost out and their loyalty meant nothing.

I hope history is not repeating...

That explains it then...weak holders give up and sell out and these shares are hoovered up by the MMs ahead of the big news. They then make a fortune as new buyers come in on the back of the news.....

Yes I have read the historical results and they are just that history. I’m interested in the future and based on today’s SP/market cap which in my view is low and I’m quite confident of the upside from here.

Like the BOD or not they are running the company and not you. You are of course welcome to either put yourself forwards if you think you can do better but somehow I very much doubt you can. You could of course try founding a company yourself and compete if you have that ability but I’m inclined to doubt you could do that either.

Quite relaxed about my position, holding in CPX and confident of the BOD and their ability to continue to develop their technology and build the company and deliver a good return for shareholders.

Yorgi,

My view is based on facts. I have followed this Co, and invested in this a very long time ago. So I know about the reporting history.

It is not the tech that is bad..the BoD cannot run a Co to realize it's potential.

Like I said..someone buying them, maybe well be the best option here

I can see you clearly have no interest in CPX Jailbird and that’s fine.

Your negative view of the company may well be proven to be correct but again it may not. Time will tell.

The buyers clearly don’t share your view either.
