thanks for the feedback welshgoat2.
like i said i was ignorant of that. just thought proposed tri-star does not seem to have the cash to be doing more acquisitions since even the "compulsory" acquisition they've just about to conplete was done on debt. anyway who know if they can generate big cash quickly from their current acquisition why not.
but will any other acquisition they are making warrant being put into suspension again?

hi all does not mean you have to be a cash shell to make rto, imo tri-star will make another rto,[buying bigger private company]look at bhr bought tazmania magnasium, then bought a coal mine in moz,cash shells are well known to buy more than 1 project after re-listing, nyo,sirus,bhr,

I very much doubt they would reverse anything else into TriStar, no way given the proposed share split IMO.

why the change of mind by mike hirschfield? is it because he thinks he can make things work better, protect his interest, pressured by the others/market/financiers to stay executively, or he does he think the others on board needed more help to handle this? or is it because this is the last RTO he is going to do with the corvus vehicle?
questions, questions, questions. any suggestions or answers?
who has a crystal ball here to look into this?

i like the last sentence below taken from the RNS today with the phrases "lock-in agreements" and "orderly market agreements" and "period of 12 months".
very interesting, the dream flight creepy crawling from the hanger of obscurity to the tarmac of reality and hopefully sky of limelight:

what is you comment about the 3.1billion shares issued. do you think we (existing shareholders before the rto) still matter and have value in your own opinion? what is you take about direction of the price on re-open of trading?

Expect TS to follow the GGG path, although TS is going to be on a much bigger scale. GGG has declared 410k oz gold resource, split 50\50 with Auzex, but a jorc upgrade is due out at any time, atm bid is 3.4p, keep watching.
