Safman,

The Solicitors that are part of the concert party have been given 10 million shares. Do you think that they will do all the work for £10,000?

Or wait 2 years for £100k when there is a risk they will not get paid?

I think they must be thinking of 10p a share inside 2 years.

I can't remember how many millions I will buy if it reaches 0.1p

But at least 10 million.

It is still high risk, but without doubt the reward could be massive.

I might have to "Groom" Comedy ;)

saf, do you honestly think the mine is only worth £300K?

The shares being issued are merely to give the current mine owners a 75% share of the company.

The legal work involved in a RTO will exceed the value figure you seem to figure the asset is worth and a company is willing to lend £750K against the issued share cap of the company, which again you value at £300K.

For example Tullow shares have a par value of 10p does that relate to the market cap of the company?

Saf, I respect your posts but I do honestly believe you are off the mark here.

If it falls to 0.1p, thats still a 20 bagger for the placees, nice if you can get it..

And all for £300k, net assets of £200k, and 65 times lower than the closing price of .354p. They've done well if it stays at the level, the placees, a 65 bagger without thinking..OR BLINKING!!

Oh yes Welshgoat, £55mill profit from £300k.. great!

There have been various resource estimates by various geologists and engineers for the Goynuk

deposit over the years, and as mentioned before, it is estimated that less than 25,000 cumulative

tonnes of Goynuk ore were processed at various times in the past. The following estimates are

mentioned here because of their historical significance and particularly as an indication of the

various owner's and examiner's enthusiasm with respect to the property's potential. Government

geologists (Aral, 1989) inferred a reserve of 300,000 tonnes grading 3 per cent. antimony. Spratley,

2009, mentioned a potential of 450,000 tonnes of 5 per cent. antimony. Belgin Bey, 2008, estimated

100,000 tonnes of contained antimony to a depth of 200 meters. Actually, the deposit has not been

drilled and outcrops and workings are inadequately sampled, so all of these resource estimates are

simply informed guesses that no stock exchange or regulatory authority, worldwide, will accept.

The potential is large, but it needs to be verified by drilling

Elena
remember that the CPR Author was privvy to confidential data not in the public arena. Was this data along with the initial dig enough evidence that the 750K loan facility was handed out so readily.

I cannot see anybody selling their shares out when this re-lists.
I for one will not try and play the peaks and troughs as you can get sidelined with order limits.. We all know the score here, bring it on!!!

Solaking,

Have you started to feel the "fever" too?

The Lost City of Atlantis?

Noah's Ark?

I think there could be an open cast Antimony mine.
Followed by Gold and Coal mine.

Alladin got stuck in the cave.

We all got stuck in Canisp via the Trap Door!

Ok we did not find a old lamp but that 150 page document is almost as good!

ES,
that is what will bring the armaggedon. you want all of us to sell to you can load up, all of us want all of us to sell, so that all of us can load up. so that is the hystery that would start unfolding from 27th August 2010. I didn't say it will open at 0.01p, i said may open, i wish i knew, i will be rich like mr. Eyi of Tri-Star kingdom of turkey.

Solaking,

I do not think that this will open at 0.01p

If it does it will not be for long.

I am not ramping this share.

Quite honestly I want you all to sell at 0.005p and below so I can have my 90 million!

Well you never know!

Fightback,

Bonanza is mentioned on Page 51. Apparently antimony could indicate a silver gold bonanza.

Also more interestingly item 7 on page 74.

All these companies like GGG, FML and BHR are "mining" companies but they just own licences over areas of land.

Tristar is no different. Some will succeed and some will fail. I think we will need some luck but the size and quality of the new BoD should give Tristar a very good chance.

I am thinking that 3p could be achievable very much quicker than I would have hoped or expected.

Read the following link to an interview with Turkey's most successful mine owner. Interestingly he states that Goynuk is full of coal deposits.

fightback,

Did you find the word bonanza in the Tristar document?

Did you know that all the worlds gold will fit in two Olympic sized swimming pools?

The Tristar document gives the owner's Mum's address in London.
I believe she is the real brains and funding behind the venture.

Mate we don't need Wifi here, we've tin cans with bits of string, we don't even have computers in Wales.

(I am aware of RRR but had up to here with shares for the minute I want to get back to weekly trading at least I could make money at that using charts and some skill not being violated by vicious thugs of the corvus crew)
