AIM investing is like playing Roulette at the Casino.

New Companies/Money emerges. Over the months the jigsaw pieces come together and there are clues as to the direction the Company is taking.
TriStar has put in place the building blocks to turn itself into a half to a billion pound company. New BoD's, bums on seats, City guys that hold the keys to opening investor doors.
The CPR which gives a clear indication as to what potentially lies beneath the surface. Spratley has been on this project since 2009. High grade Bonanza Antimony there for the taking. Drilling to commence in Sept. Probable Bonanza Gold and Silver as a bonus.

Whether you place thoses chips on the table now the roulette wheel is spinning is entirely upto you. Maybe you will cash in your Chips and go.
I already hold a considerable amount, and will be entering the Casino on August 27th,chips bulging out of my pockets! I feel lucky!!!

Will emerge Jan-Feb 2011 for a regroup.

Well, its the most ridiculous AIM placing i have sever seen, coupled with the most ridiculous report on it by stockmidas. They have net assets of £200k. lol.

Stockmidas fellas do have City contacts. Their figures are indicating the same resource that I am led to believe. 2.7p means a £100m Co. after the Jan Phase 1 exploration is complete. EMMEF's effectively unsecured £750k loan looks pretty safe.

NUTS!!!! They've just plucked a figure out of think air and they are suggesting a price of 2.7p, a mkt cap in xs of 100 million!!

Stockmidas target price was updated 2 days ago so it does take account of the dilution.

Redimp I was gutted with the big Dilution but my mates still saying alot more to come which he said will surprise alot of people . I hope he's right got 35k in this . The true picture will come end septemder early October he said . If it does drop big on open I will not buy anymore , but will defo not sell on open to much money to lose . Am going to lock these away for six months and see what happens .

Laughable attempt by Bramhill and Lofgran to gag critical comment. Wonder if Elena is quaking over some unsavoury snippet about Mr Hirschfield. Wasn't aware that Nighthawk was associated with a bunch of conniving fraudsters convicted in the Courts.
Hope they set aside 3 days for the hearing. FT and LES will lap up the info when a whole bunch of skeletons start tumbling out of the cupboard.

Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company plc, (AIM: NTOG) confirms that it is pursuing action in response to untrue and malicious statements about the Company's activities and personnel that have been made repeatedly by certain posters on the internet and, inter alia, via the online message boards of Interactive Investor Trading Limited ("iii") and ADVFN plc ("ADVFN").

The majority of people posting comments on message boards do so, perfectly legitimately, using pseudonyms. Under data protection and privacy laws, their identity and other personal details must remain confidential unless a court of law orders disclosure.

On 22 July 2010, Nostra Terra obtained an order from the High Court of Justice instructing iii and ADVFN to provide information relating to several posters.

Both iii and ADVFN are cooperating fully on this matter, and the identities of the posters covered by the court order have been established. The Company and its legal advisers are now considering whether to instigate civil proceedings for defamation against the identified posters, and further announcements will be made as appropriate

How intriguing that the £750k EMMEF loan facility is secured against only one asset. That asset is the TriStar shares. In other words, if the mine turns out to be uncommercial in terms of mineral resources, EMMEF will be left holding nothing but millions of worthless TS shares.

UK banks will lend on commercial and domestic property knowing full well that if the borrower defaults, the bank collects in the form of the value of the property.

With this Turkish deal, EMMEF stands to lose everything. In the circumstances, who in their right mind would throw 3\4 of a million at something which risks going under? Perhaps they know something which makes them super-confident of a return?
