‘The performance bond has taken longer than expected due to regulatory issues with the bank - this has now been resolved and we can expect this to be in place shortly. We are excited about commencing operations thereafte

I've increased my holding by x5 so far with 80% of those millions bought from 0.093-0.13. So fingers crossed for some positive action. If they keep dropping I might add another mill or two ontop of those that I've added already. Its really small beer when you consider the overall price now. Good luck to you too, hopefully you'll make the right decision for you.

The price is only relevant to those looking to sell or buy more shares or if the company needs yet another small placing to extend things another few months. I'm quite relaxed its only a small part of my porty, I've known the high risk here since I entered. So no worries there, I personally like having some of these really high risk high reward plays in my porty. I don't feel the need to keep running to Art either, when he's something to say he'll say it. I've been in many of these Nigerian companies over the years and the NNPC etc hasn't ever been any different, they'll take their sweet time over everything, the whole country is like that it seems.

My expectations remain the same, either it'll go nowhere in Nigeria and it'll be a one trick pony waiting for a PSC in Moz or Art will do the business with the final permissions and alt f for Noa. And the target remains 4 wells between now and late 2020 with a prize of 24-40,000bopd and 253mmbbls gross recoverable P50 (COPL would currently get 40%) from the first main target sand. Its very high risk, but if Art and Kola pull this one off it'll go down as legendary status among the small cap oilers.

I've held that view since I entered here not changed one jot. Price is irrelevant, actually the price is currently an advantage as I wouldn't have had nearly as many if they'd signed the alt f before now. If it falls much further I'll add more a strategy which proved very lucrative on EUZ recently. Sure this one won't suit everyone once they research it, but I'm not joining those selling at the bottom.

Ed- With respect- I wouldn’t get my expectations too high here. I finally got a reply from our CEO- almost a month after its original dispatch date. And then only on prompting why I had not received a reply.

Personally, I am concerned about the viability or otherwise of our investments in this company. The writing on the wall here is not a positive one - when one considers the ever decreasing share price price and the continuous dilution at shocking price.

We, as owners, are supportive of this company but we must demand communication. Also we can’t and shouldn’t be pressurized - if that is the case - by others!

If this company folds - who is to blame? The questions can keep coming- but it will be short on answers- real answers that is. If this company fails- there must be repercussions....

Suggest we prepare an appropriate response soon.
