Exactly, at £4m they don't think its going to happen, hopefully Art/shoreline will show them otherwise.

Its not just nicky's opinion that the PB changes everything, according to Art things can move forward in earnest if/when the PB is in. So its something I'm looking forward to as we've been given the impression its just a paperwork issue.
