The market is pricing in a 10% chance of success, as can be seen by a market cap of under 5 million against its prospects ... ie £50 mil market cap with drilling in place at end of 2019- 2020 , massive upside compared with what downside if delayed yet again ?

I wouldn't be surprised if there are some Nigerian investors here. But there certainly will be UK investors taking a punt here too due to the high risk vs massive reward profile here.

There is no evidence the latest rise is based on anything. We would see large institutional rises if solid news on financing was due.

This Company is not finished.A start of a new journey is beginning Post Liberia.
Remember we are targeting 24k bopd for ourselves within the next 2 years.

My commiserations go out to those who hold from higher prices but hopefully we will get there.
Our Market Cap is a miserly £5m.We need some Institutional Investors to join the party now.
Remember they will only buy when a company reaches a certain Market Cap.Its hard for them to buy in large amounts a very small Market Cap.
