...people should read the full Netherland Sewell and Associates, Inc. ("NSAI") report... have a read half down on page 1... the licence isnt even approved yet from Essar!!! its well hidden and a big problem!!!

Who's going to offer financing on such a high risk venture like this? The only option to them is a placing so further dilution to share price should be expected.

With only 6 weeks of financing left it's a very high risk investing here.
