Saint,

yeah looks like another minor delay, where they say results will be published on or before 26th July, that's not even a full 2 weeks this time, so hopefully Art will be on the ball. We're all keen to find out what the Atomic asset has contributed as its got an effective date of 1st Dec 2020. The biggest impact should come from June onward though as the increased injection rates were to be from April. So current and outlook will make interesting reading more so than the interim results.

Regards,
Ed.

Don't be surprised with another 2 week delay imo. Q2 results are much more important anyway and due mid August!

Blue,

Hopefully not long to find out and also whether Art is going to consolidate on relist or at some future date. Financial results are due to be published within the next week or so according to that Canadian release suggesting on or before 14th July. So hopefully more action soon.

Regards,
Ed.

Blue,

WTI price will be a little lower than Brent, Bonny light will be similar price to Brent. But yeah the oil price has almost doubled in the US compared to the acquisition price of Atomic. Arthur can do a good deal for sure. NPV now more like $360m up from $185m. I wouldn't rule out them acquiring the interests of Cuda and CNOOC though to add more reserves. Also likely to add more reserves through drilling too. So yeah Atomic at the current oil price is even more transformative than when it was first announced. I hope that they relist soon before we get more corporate activity and further acquisitions then less likely to RTO again.

I'm also looking forward to the next operational update as the company prepares to drill at least 1 well into the Dakota and 1 into the frontier2 formations. Also near term plans were to reactivate the Cole Creek field, therefore more production upside. Not sure if they'll have doubled the production rates just yet, but am open to be pleasantly surprised. Should be a year of good growth though with the plans Art has set out and that doesn't factor in 226 or the other acquisition that Arthur has hinted at. Exciting times ahead.

Regards,
Ed.

Wasn't the Atomic deal based on $39 PoO? Now touching $78 so 100% improvement and virtually all additional profit to bottom line. Production also probably at least doubled by now and going much higher with major flooding initiatives. What a deal and OPL226 in the background!

Blue,

Spot on chap. COPL must be sitting on some pile of cash now given what the oil price keeps doing. Brent closing in on $78/bbl it seems.

Warrants 0.26p so another £1.4m to pay for even more flooding lol!

Saint,

Hard to say if they're getting ready to sell those or just replacing the ones they've already sold with these warrants knowing that with the early fund raise they had these 525m warrants to exercise. But its more cash in as a result of the exercise of warrants. We'll see what Hadron do after relist, either way I'd imagine that trading volumes will be as strong after relist as before especially after the next operational update. Art did say that the production lags behind the gas injection by about 2 to 3 months. Increased injection rates started on 1st April.

Ed.

I see Hadron has moved back over 5% again, so it was the warrants linked to their fund raise that have been exercised.

Sport,

Yeah could be any one of those options. It'll be interesting to see what happens to Cuda in the near term also they seem to be defaulting all over the place, hopefully that won't come to a head until we get back to the main market again. We wouldn't want another acquisition to slow the relist process.

Ed.

Edegin,

I personally think Art will go for somewhere between the two - 20, 25 or 50:1

25:1 gets the pre-suspension share price to 10p / CAD$ 0.17

Grey,

I think fully diluted there's something like 17bn, so another 1.5bn (warrants and options etc). However that would bring in quite a few $m once exercised, probably enough for a Dakota or perhaps even a Frontier2 well. However many are also expecting a 10:1 or 100:1 consolidation upon relist, so perhaps putting the issue back to 1.7bn or 170m after consolidation. I'd prefer the 10:1 but it doesn't really make much difference as the share price will just be moved to the new level. The main thing it'll do is to take the share price out of the $C0.005-0.01 range and perhaps to C$0.10 and higher in Canada. We might relist first though before consolidation. Hopefully Art will get these interims sorted before the 14th of July and we might get the relist this month.

Regards,
Ed.

These Warrants should have already been factored in, pre-suspension. Are there any more outstanding? Thanks
