ultimately only news matters ... speculators will only bid an asset up if confident of an outcome, general mindset is not to trust Art ... as his history is consistently poor only looking after his pocket whilst diluting longterm shareholders and loosing 95% market cap . could be the biggest bargain to be had on the market ?
One question Does Art give a damn about his legacy as a business man or not ?
