Shoreline are apparently putting up the security for the bond and then according to Art things can start moving with a timetable for the phase I funding and rig mob. He's expecting for things to fall into place quickly with drilling to commence next Q. As that large fella suggested its in each company's best interest to see this to development. Shoreline aren't exactly a small outfit. The hints that all may be covered by debt rather than equity is another reason the share price is rising. Some now starting to believe COPL may not need a placing. Whatever it is, small debt/bridging loan, small placing whatever gets them to drilling is all that matters.

you need to listen to his interviews.

this has a lot of milage left..
