Posted at 15/11/2017 07:55 by treble in 1999 The share price got ahead of itself. The share price divi was a one off. The selling by a long term holder has got the market twitchy.might fall a little more at this time, before hopefully it's profits and plans come to fruition. It's still a 3 year plan, that could change if it's market is expanding faster. |

Posted at 31/8/2017 15:51 by plasybryn Special 11% dividend to be paid on 15th September.Share price should soon recover as buyers take advantage of bargain entry point. IMO |
Posted at 23/8/2017 13:10 by bennytheball A payment of 27.1p per Ordinary share will be made on 15 September 2017 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 1 September 2017. The ex-dividend date is 31 August 2017. |
Posted at 10/8/2017 15:22 by cornishman33 Benny, It will have an ex dividend date in the announcement, usually a few weeks ahead. After that date you are not entitled to the divi, but the share price usually falls to compensate. |
Posted at 03/8/2017 11:06 by bennytheball When the dividend gets formally announced, is it generally payable to those who hold at the time of announcement, or to those who hold at some later/earlier point? |
Posted at 03/8/2017 10:31 by treble in 1999 BennyThe divi is one off. Going forward more like 4-5p pa for starters. No date yet issued for when the divi will be paid. Expect an appropriate drop on announcement. May even get an indication of half year trading as well. |
Posted at 02/8/2017 11:15 by bennytheball 209p. Given the dividend will be 27p per share (currently 13% return) I think there's still quite a bit of mileage here. (Even at share price of 300p it's still 9%)Assume also the price will drop quite a bit when it goes xd... |
Posted at 12/5/2017 17:06 by treble in 1999 BennyI suspect they will announce that at the same time. Divi payable say up to 30 days later |
Posted at 11/5/2017 11:58 by abriefhistoryofthyme The CMBN Financial Year coincides with the calendar year. The results announced for 2016 contains the following statement:-Further to our announcement on 5 December 2016, the Group now intends to increase the return of capital to shareholders from £40 million to £50 million from the net proceeds of the disposal. Having taken advice and consulted with major shareholders, the Board has determined that the best way of effecting the return of capital is by way of a special dividend. This is still subject to a number of conditions, including creation of sufficient distributable reserves and final Board approval, which is expected to be announced by the end of the first half of 2017 and paid thereafter. Implying a payout in July, maybe early August. |
