Growth is pedestrian compared to when it was hitting those ratings (25% To 75% eps growth, now a paltry 7%).Their target number of stores will take another 9 years to hit.....too slow. If they screw their franchisees like CFO did at Domino's then the writings on the wall!.

These stocks with net cash and growth usually trade at 20x P/E
Should be trading around 250p

Hi Sid B - Think growth will accelerate after period of consolidation has now taken place and have asked this question for Thursday's investor presentation whether foreign expansion is on the cards soonImo the Australian bidder will return soon- they haven't built up a stake of 5% in a relatively illiquid stock for no reasonBtw the new FD was previously at Dominos - so he knows how to drive growth .Exciting times ahead either way .

The whole point of having a capital-light model is to be able to scale quickly and without a lot of capital. Opening c.20 stores per year is way below their potential. They need senior executives from Mcdonalds, Yum brands, Chipotle or other successful brands who have scaled businesses in past. Currently, with EPS growth of c. 10% and PE c. 12-14 is not way off the fair value mark. Market wants to see the company fulfil its growth potential.

If they revamp their sr. mgmt team they can achieve their true potential. Sukh can take the chairman position... after all, why not?

Agree, seems on the high side price wise IMO.Decent results but FY25 eps forecast only 12.1p by their house broker. I've seen 12.7p so already on a forward PE of 14.2x to 14.9x which is steep with growth only single digits at best.Turned into a solid business but as posted they need a clearer long term strategy for growth, their target stores will take ages to hit, by then competition will love those margins and start having a bigger piece of their cake.250 is fantasy.

220-240 is my target. Maybe Conservative maybe not. Hardly any shares rise on results at the moment, plus the markets are dire

Price should be higher imo because growth should accelerate considerably given that there has been a period of consolidation . Fair value imo 250p per share

That's historic PE. Forward PE 13.5p/14p earnings FY'25, makes 13 times forward earnings. I would have fair value at around 200p, any bid premium 10-20% on top of that

180p share. 11.65p earnings -> 15.5x p/e.

That is premium to most retailers. Growth is hardly shooting the lights out.
