Board Committee Update

Dublin/London, 9 October 2019: Cairn Homes plc ("Cairn", or the "Company") (Euronext Dublin/LSE: CRN), the leading Irish homebuilding company, today announces an update to the composition of its Board Committees as announced on 9 July 2019 to take place with immediate effect.

Following a review of the time commitments of each Director and the composition of each of the Board Committees, Ms. Jayne McGivern will step down from the Remuneration Committee while remaining a member of the Audit & Risk Committee. There are no other changes to the Committees announced on 9 July 2019.

The composition of each of the Board Committees is detailed below.
