Admission to the ISE Official List and to trading on the main securities market

of the Irish Stock Exchange

Further to the announcement on 20 July 2017, Cairn Homes plc ("Cairn" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its entire issued ordinary share capital consisting of 722,987,257 ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") has today been admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange (the "ISE Official List") and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the Irish Stock Exchange (together "Admission").

Unconditional dealings in the Ordinary Shares commenced on the Irish Stock Exchange today at 8.00 a.m. The Company's ticker on the Irish Stock Exchange is 'CRN' and the Company's ticker on the London Stock Exchange will remain as 'CRN', both with an ISIN of IE00BWY4ZF18.

The Company is not raising any funds or issuing any new shares in connection with Admission. No shares will be offered or marketed to the public in Ireland, the UK or elsewhere in connection with Admission.

The Summary Document is not a prospectus and has not been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland or any other regulatory authority.
