The thing is you have to look at what their investments would fetch if they became a distressed seller. It's likely that they would have to accept a discount to current market prices. Also, remember that their holdings are likely to be diluted if there investments decided to raise capital unless they could raise funds themselves. On the other hand, one to lock away for a few years and you never know?

Surprised to not see any movement upwards after the announcement today by EMH, as KDNC own 20% of EMH!

Drilling and resource increase is the name of the game.

Told you the drop was over done here.

Onwards and upwards.

IMHO.

Basically yes, just makes it seem like the said company is do better then it really is.

I once saw a FTSE 100 company do it the other way round because their shares became too expensive and offered 3 new shares for every one share held.

After any possible share consolidation, the stupid Retail Investor will buy any Rights Issue to only see the share price fall back down towards 1p again.

And this will also make you laugh.

I e-mailed the director's a while ago, urging them to buy a stake in SAV when it was around 3p it went to over 18p and now 8p.

I did not get a reply from the board nor did they buy into SAV after my advice to do so.

BIG MISTAKE as SAV is an awesome company now.

IMHO.

And i think that all EX David Lenigas stocks have now consolidated and KDNC is the last to do so.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

IMHO.

rossowheels.

After the share consolidation, they can raise a lot more cash with the issue of a lot less shares.

Yes indeed it may well even be a 100:1 consolidation?

But that is what will happen, seen it 100's of times.

IMHO.

FQR - More like a 100 to 1 share consolidation would only give a share price of around 14p.

How will they make the loan repayments other than by more debt/equity?

Let me tell what will happen.

Once the Director's have stopped the share purchasing plan in January 2019.
There will be a share consolidation of 10:1 and after that they will do a cash call and repay the loan note.

IMHO.

If there was going to be a fund raising, then why would they be restructuring the loan note? it would be pointless to do that.
They would just do a cash call and repay the loan note.
LOL.
