It looks as though Sonora is a certain producer for 2020 if financing is confirmed during Q3/4.If that doesn't produce an upwards spike in our sp, I don't know what will.Together with the Czech project I'm happy to hold for a couple of years.

This from todays results:

"Key Performance Indicators

Due to the current status of the Group, the Board has not identified any performance indicators as key."

Guess they were all too busy counting their money.
Would be funny if I didn't have shares.

sork - Maybe you could sell and at least get 1/3rd of your investment back then reinvest these proceeds somewhere else which will hopefully bring you a good return.

I had a similar dilemma with HMV. After so much agonizing and waiting far too long, I did sell in the end and made a 85% loss on my investment. As you may know in the end HMV went bust and I could have lost the whole of my investment.

Thanks Loganair for your wise comment - you are exactly right. I am still very much in two minds at the moment. To leave or to remain? That is the question. My own version of Brexit in fact.

sork - To sell at a loss with the fear that the share may rebound to the price you paid is psychologically most probably the most difficult decision for any investor to make.

Unfortunately, I am trapped in these at an average share price of 0.64p, more than 3 times the current share price and every day that multiple gets bigger. KDNC seems to have its fingers in a lot of Lithium and related companies but to what avail? I am very reluctant to take a big loss but I may have to do so just to salvage something. Lithium is supposed to be the future but there does not appear to be much future in KDNC.

Yes, it’s a total mess and what a great way to operate a business: issue shares to raise money to buy shares, use those shares to raise loans that convert into shares, sell a strategic minority interest for a discount to raise money to buy more shares and reduce debt and in the meantime pay yourself for the work done! Have I missed anything. ???
Perfect summing up Ross these are 0.20+ For a reason if they were such a good prospect every man and their dog would pile in . I was conned into the EMH dream i used to come on here bigging it up i feel a bit stupid now while sitting on my capital losses

I've always been told to be very wary when a company completely changes it's name.

KNDC is basically an Investment Trust run as a company for the sole interests of their directors.

rosso - Completely agree with your sentiments.

Rossowheels.

How many shares do you think Lloyds has. Lol!!!!!

At least KDNC is invested in some thing that is going forward "Lithium" unlike Banks going backwards.

On top of all the other commodities KDNC has invested in, Gold, Zinc etc....

Stop winging.

Sadly I still have some of these. Absolute shambles management and that guy Donald Strang is the worst of the bunch. It could still come off for them if BCN and EMH come to fruition but it will be by sheer luck and not good management if they do. They'll probably have sold out at a loss to fund their extravagant salaries for another year by then..

The market capitalisation is approaching fair valve now. The last RNS stated they have Investments exceeding £20m whereas the market is valuing the business at £16m. I would be tempted to buy at a discount to market value of 25-30% however this would need constant reviewing as some investments swing wildly in price. The management don't appear to add any value. If they did the share price would be at a premium.
