It has already gone lower than I would have guessed when I sold out a long time ago. I actually was holding this stock years ago when it spiked at over 2p. The thing is that the management have not demonstrated any kind of ability to invest wisely for the benefit of shareholders. Their main investment was in BCN and they sold half their holding last year at around 90p and since then the price has rocketed. They made a very poor decision to attempt a takeover of BCN some time ago such failed resulting in KM leaving the BOD. If this is how they manage their investment in BCN I dread to imagine how they would handle their other holdings. It's a total hotchpotch.

Sentiment should see the share price firm but a direct investment makes more sense right now.

So I made some calculations. The model assumes paper gain, zero trading costs, and zero fees for currency transactions. FX rate is just simple daily rate from Bank of England website. All trading data is from google finance.

Let's say in 2014 july 11 you had £10000 to invest.

You could have bought KDNC or real mining companies- FMC, ALB

So here it goes-

Investment in KDNC today was worth only £1712.7 or 82.87% loss

Investment in FMC today was worth
£17995 plus nice £460 dividend just to say thank you for holding.

Investment in ALB today was worth £22041 plus £761 dividend.

Now imagine you had £20000 to invest and just repeat the calculations. £20k in KDNC left you homeless. £10k in FMC plus £10k in ALB could have more than doubled your money.

Feeding honey bees low levels of lithium in their drinking water seems to kill the varroa mite.Perhaps kdnc should start buying hives?

2018 will be the year when KDNC will pop. It will get delisted and just be on isdx or whatever it is called these days. Reason is very simple- enormous cash burn and zero proceeds. 1 million pounds in wages, plus all other costs. Share is worth only 0.38 on good day. That is capital (assumed) divided by shares. Good luck.

Now look what would have happened if you would have invested in real lithium mining companies 5 years ago. You had dividends, and made ton of cash. This rubbish on other hand lost 70-80% and made millions for employees. That is ceo, all other crooks, and lemon weed. Did you hear the news? Lemon boy is selling weed from his yacht in monaco. Excuse me- it is called medical marihuana. When I saw this, i could not stop laughing. That is how low serial entrepreniour- con artist fell these days.

I was reading a report yesterday that a chap has come up with a new solid state battery that holds twice the charge of a Lithium battery and can be fully charged very quickly.

By the time mines that Cadence has investments in come into production, Lithium may not be as so sort after and important as it is now.

Breaking News: India £ The 3rd Largest Car Market £ Announces Only Electric Vehicles To Be Sold By 2030

India£s government just shocked the automobile and commodity marketplace.

They made the ambitious move in declaring that by 2030, all vehicles sold will be Electric Vehicles (EV£s).

The papers finalizing the policy could be signed by year end. . .

£The government has declared that India £ set to be the world£s third largest car market within five years £ will sell only electric vehicles by 2030.£

Here are some facts. . .

£ India is known to be a power deficient country.

£ For instance, they still produce over 90% of their electricity from coal.

£ And this has made India one of the world£s most polluted places in the world.

£ Many of their 1.3 billion population struggles with these problems daily.

£A recent study found that pollution in Delhi was so bad that residents would live almost six years longer if India were to meet its own air quality standards and up to nine years if the country met international benchmarks.£

Also £ did you know there are only about 5,000 Electric Vehicles on India£s roads currently? That means there will have to be over 10 million EV£s bought just to meet the government£s target?

There£s no doubt that this £Only EV£s by 2030£ initiative is an ambitious move by the government to join the £alternative power£ countries.

But the real exciting part is this. . .

As we have written about, there are already growing shortages in the materials £ such as cobalt and nickel £ that are required to build and fuel Electric Vehicles.

And these shortages are occurring without the 3rd largest car market in the world being involved.

Imagine how tight supplies are going to get now that they£re also rushing in to get their hands on these critical materials?

(Source: Economic Times)

The trend is in motion.

And it is clear that the world economies are shifting from traditional gas-powered vehicles and into Electric Vehicle.

Rosso, something that may improve the Cadence percentage mined was the RNS that BCN released where they said that they are reviewing the phase 1 tonnage of LCE to be produced per year. Currently it's at 17,500 tpa of LCE. Increasing this could mean having to extract more from acreage where Cadence has exposure. Obviously until BCN release more info we won't know for sure.
