Zb27 you say that but CABholdings hasn't risen a great deal since the interest. We feel it's undervalued anyway so on this occasion l don't think you're right.

Francois, you say all that, if there is no offer, or offer declined, cabp will drop around to £1 in an instant, as what happens to any company in a similar scenario. Just look at Rightmove, Wood Group. Declining an offer means it tanks.

UK companies are only fairly valued it seems if a takeover offer comes in. The whole market is rigged and shorted. Companies are fleeing the London market in there droves, many picked off at bargain levels. NBrown the latest one.

It seems like UK companies are purposefully shorted, so that they can be picked up for a bargain, crazy how the regulators and politicians are all sleeping at the wheel. Biggest manipulation going.

I called Cabp takeover 1 day before it landed, next one on the list which looks nailed on in Yougov.

70% off yearly highs on a profit warning. Global reach, global reputation, strong profits, dividends, strong cashflows, high margins, known worldwide, former Meta CEO. If takeover RNS landed today, would not be surprised.
