11/10/2024 10:47 | The whole Uk is a laughing stock. Not just the LSE. | davie6
11/10/2024 10:42 | Now less than before the Potential Offer RNS 🤣🤣 Welcome to the LSE. IMO we see a bid around the 1 year high of around 165p being accepted. Will patiently wait for the RNS's. A new bidder in the mix would be nice. Weekend and next week should be interesting. | zb27
11/10/2024 08:10 | Hmm why would you take a profit at 1.20When offer is 145... | muffster
11/10/2024 08:08 | Not being held down, its probably a ton of insiders who got in back in July when talks began at 88p taking a quick profit. Look at the chart at that time, extremely leaky. | liam1om
11/10/2024 07:58 | It will. Keep buying Being held down | muffster
11/10/2024 07:28 | Little surprised the price hasn't moved closer to the 145p offer | molatovkid
11/10/2024 07:25 | Shes probably getting some juicy "incentives" to accept the offer... | liam1om
11/10/2024 07:16 | I doubt it, when they made the approach the price was around 88p. That's still a heft premium, even though it obviously undervalues the company. | liam1om
11/10/2024 07:09 | offer will be above 145 | gkace
11/10/2024 07:09 | Agreed, I think it will go through at 145. Was made public yesterday probably to try and get more interest from other parties. Considering they've been in talks since late July, I think things are probably quite advanced. | liam1om
11/10/2024 07:00 | The fact they have quietly rejected previous offers and have published this one, seems to suggest they are not averse to it. | molatovkid
11/10/2024 06:54 | They can’t sell at £1.45 That article from a well respected investment media outlet Simply Wall Street yesterday has put the spanner in the works. They independently said we are so undervalued and should be at a share price of £2.23. It would be so negligent, bordering on criminal to accept a £1.45 offer in these circumstances. Surely the BOD can see this. Thank the Lord for that independent article from Simply Wall Street yesterday I say. | francoismyname
11/10/2024 06:48 | How come if the offer was received on 23rd September (and there have been others!!) , we only hear about it yesterday? Is it because it is non-binding? That seems to me like price sensitive information to say the least....if I had sold my shares between the first offer coming in on 31st July and 4.10pm yesterday, I would be fuming. | molatovkid
11/10/2024 06:42 | Engaged with them for 2 months. CABP are still evaluating the latest offer since 23rd Sept. Got a feeling, it is going to be sold! Remember all depends on Helios. Gutted, as the potential is brilliant. Hope they can get away much better price or another bidder comes in. | zb27
10/10/2024 21:56 | They can do one at £1.45. It was nailed on we’d have gone past £1.45 in the coming weeks with the USA licence news. They are just chancers in my opinion . Let the new CEO and his strategy have a chance to succeed. Either pay a decent premium or we crack on. | francoismyname
10/10/2024 21:47 | I think personally that they've announced this bid as it's their final offer and they want to go public to try and lure competing bids. First offer was 115 which was crazy, so 145 is probably the best offer. | liam1om
10/10/2024 20:51 | Let’s keep it all things Cabp here. Enough going on here to concentrate the mind. Very rarely on the same day do you get an excellent investor media outlet in Simply Wall Street tell the world that Cab is one of the it’s under most valued companies on the London stock exchange and should be £2.23 based on all known metrics and then on the same day the company gives out an RNS saying a bid has been received for £1.45. Two massive pieces of news. Let’s enjoy them . I personally think the company only released the bid because of the Wall Street article as we would have soon hit £1.45 on the back of that article stating quite clearly in black and white we are so under valued. Surely they have to reject it now. | francoismyname
10/10/2024 20:40 | Edit: Simply | muffster
10/10/2024 20:40 | Exciting business. Just be ready for the cash call in the year as.Simplus saying its running low.I will watch and consider. Thanks for the tip | muffster
10/10/2024 20:08 | Called it this morning!!! On all metrics it's simply too cheap. With the £0 debt and loaded with cash, and growing globally, UK Banking Licnese, CABP would be a prime target for many, would not be surprised with other bidders now showing their hand. "CAB Payments Holdings plc - Post 1034 zb27 10 Oct 2024 09:56 Huge buyer on the scene. US license imminent? Or dare I say, a takeover????? Someone buying on the cheap, then make an offer. Would not be surprised" | zb27
