It is envisaged that the Bookbuild will be closed by no later than 4.30 p.m. BST today, 21 October 2020, although Panmure Gordon and the Company reserve the right to amend this timeframe at their discretion . Details of the number of Relevant Securities and the approximate gross proceeds of the Placing will be announced as soon as practicable after the closing of the Bookbuild. The Placing is not underwritten.

I know its not underwritten but I cannot believe these shares have not already been preplaced - off the record. If the placing was to fail, too late, the company have shown their hand and the need for cash. That would be commercial suicide.

The writing was on the wall when most of the institutions top-sliced a few months ago. BUT they didnt sell out. Will be adding if / when share price dips below placing price

On a cheery note, we should all look forward to the stig 50p prospectus and gap filling exercise to 40p and beyond. After all, the "£15m investors @ 14p" will be expecting something substantial in 2021, probably a bucket chart recovery.

I'm with you golden prospect. 15M will give the required breathing space.
Not much damage done share price wise. This is the sector where its all happening. Clive is in the thick of it all, a little more patience, give it 12 months.

astorcourt, your hunch in early september about a possible placing has been validated. Banking £15m will make for a very robust balance sheet to secure the big awards. Folk throwing in the towel at near funding price is bizarre behaviour, but gives closure.

Well i don't know if they lied or not ... but odviously with today's events .. I'm not taking the risk ....i should have worked it out with the INDV payment question It's jam tommorow .. has been all year ... I'm certainly relieved to have got out ....It's my opinion ...News flow is very lacking .. and money earning events .. are very RARE !!! The last been 2018
