Vanadium Pentoxide always contains 56% Vanadium by mass, whilst the Vanadium content of FerroVanadium is indicated in the description, eg FeV(80%). V2O5 is conventionally priced in USD/lb of compound, whilst FerroVanadium is usually priced in USD per Kg of contained Vanadium - (USD/KgV)Largo state their production output in tonnes of V2O5, which is only 56% Vanadium by mass.BMN state their production output in actual MTV.BMN also mainly produce Nitrovan, which sells at a premium to FeV.2 years ago, Largo stated their mine had only a 8 year shelf life left remaining ... so now down to around 6 left to go.I wonder if they are pushing and pulling out all the stops to get as much batteries and electrolyte leasing deals done and under their belt in as short a time as possible ... because they know they are going to start to run short of their source material?

At first glance the differential in largo mkt cap compared to bmn seems too much .however largo production is approximately 70 % more has lower costs and owns 100 % of its asset as opposed to vametco at 74 % which currently is the lion's share of the production.this can account for 50 % of the market cap.

So why isnt bmn worth c £360 million then? For me the main reasons are: largo new mine c $350 million spent .bmn 2 old mines c $80million. Recent strikes at bmn . Largo had a big share price boost when it announced Nasdaq listing bmn talked about jse ....(no further explanation required). Communication seems better at largo. Largo no debt except 2.28% bank facility . Bmn duferco and Orion overhang and royalty payment . 180mill explained!

Actually I live in North Cyprus so we are two hours ahead....again wrongly deducted sherlock I posteD at 8.09 Cyprus time ...this is what the rampers do elsewhere analysing any small issue on posts they don't like and making boards unreadable please go somewhere else if this is what your going to do

And you didn't just call me a shorter you inferred I was some sort of paid troll.

And guess what the negatives you are talking about are called the facts.....the facts are that bmn has fallen from 50 p or near to 15 p ....so clearly some of the facts will indeed be negative! I truly believe your type is more suited to the telegram group and you can post some boom pictures of monkeys beating on drums.

Coldspring....nothing wrong with megaman or vnhltd. I want negatives or criticisms thrown into the mix. I would not have looked in more detail at the Orion terms without the discussion. The share price is where it is for a reason. Fortune is the CEO. He gets paid very well.

It is possible to be invested and unhappy. Quite easy with bmn actually!

Megaman....Imo Fortune had no other choice. Nobody else was willing to lend the money and Fortune needed to invest to ramp up Vanchem. This deal also reduces the royalty when prices reach $47 per kg and also when Vametco reaches 132k tonnes production it drops by 75% plus if Fortune can obtain better funding now he can repay up to 50%.

Not a great deal but at least a deal. With the higher prices Fortune can refinance a better deal.

I want to know when the PFS on the phase 3 Vametco is done. They said Q2 2021 in the RNS of 21 May 21. Therefore by Wednesday. Maybe. Probably not. Almost certainly not, this is BMN.

Largo recently cleared all its debt and now has this credit facility. Which makes me thinks if fortune believes there is going to be a supply deficit and at some point in the coming months next year bmn will be making a very decent profit then why the fxxk did he do this royalties deal with Orion that tied up part of the revenue for the life of the mine? When he could have done as largo has done and had debt that was repayable. The Orion royalties deal you would need to be an actuary to work out the pay back but it's unlikely to be favourable. Perhaps this is another big reason the share price is where it is. How come largo has been able to arrange finance on so much more favourable terms?

Clearly the fact that largo have a credit facility at 2.28% per annum compared to bmns Orion 10% compound cln 17p strike price.....is something you would like buried as it highlights part of what's gone wrong at bmn and why the share price is 15.5 p and not budging .

Oooooh sorry you don't like the "facts". just because my posts aren't in a ramper fantasy world why don't you troddle off to the telegram board or somewhere you will be more at home instead of making personal attacks which have no value to the conversation. This type of response is common from rampers whose only rebuke against the facts is to try and discredit the poster . It adds zero value for information and can make the boards unreadable. If you disagree with my posts try to reply with a counter argument instead of the malicious unsubstantiated personal attacks.

Largo from recent rns:

Working capital financing facility: The Company secured and drew down a $15.0 million working capital financing facility with a bank in Brazil. This facility is due to be repaid as a lump sum in one year together with accrued interest at a rate of 2.28% per annum

I appreciate it's not $70 usd million but that's a finance deal .....2.28% the disparity between the two business is evident

I'm surprised more hasn't be mentioned that largo only made a net profit of $4 million cad in q1 2021 and has a mkt cap of c £736 mill 4 X bmn....

They do hit their targets though have a brand new mine and are listing on the Nasdaq. Oh what could have been.....

The rise continues....slower today but still going...

FV50% Europe +1.46%
FV50% China +0.7%
FV80% China +1.15%
V pentoxide flake and powder 98% China +0.77 to +1.55%

Seems disappointing after recent rises but actually are really good!

I am just hoping that the reports of high workers output bonuses means that production is rising and MF has been dealing with ramping up the plant.

That combined with vanadium rises would rapidly change the share price.

Well I added quite a few this morning at a surprising 15.1p. I will watch today with interest. Hopefully the seller has finished. Exactly this happened with AGL where Jupiter sold down at 40p and we loaded up. Immediately they stopped in Dec last year the price shot up. Now 126p

We are nearly at MFs sweet spot of $45 and the share price is 14.8p.

*wanders off bemused*

Mind you good points made by nvhltd and mega man as to price depressants. However...vanadium price must win in the end.
