24/2/2021 08:57 | The profits were used widely imo. We purchased Vanchem, which we will be generating huge free cash flow from soon with prices going through the roof and acquired 8.7% of Invinity which is worth 13/14m Inc sold shares, 7-8m up on initial investment. | gah123
24/2/2021 08:22 | nvhltd....you are quite right and a segment of the LSE board is now realising that much of what you have said (since I have been on this board cannot comment earlier) has been spot on. Opaque and contradictory actions. No taking responsibility. Overpaid for under or even not delivered. Hey...welcome to African miners. What is it? A hole in the ground with a liar at the entrance.... | purchaseatthetop
24/2/2021 07:57 | Several Fortune diehards are now putting their heads above the parapet and questioning the delays and poor communication. This is classic BoD action for a new company. All smiles, presentations, interviews etc etc when they needed private investor cash. As soon as the money is in the bank that allows then to borrow more, promise more and get a few mates onboard the pesky PI is treated with contempt. The projects either don’t materialise, fail or cancelled and the communication stop. This is where we are at. Some things will be delivered albeit late, but if they fail to communicate the bad as well as the good then don’t be surprised if investors start to turn. | nvhltd
24/2/2021 07:35 | People are agonising over the micro-details (funny civil war on LSE with Alpha having a strop). I simply look at the bigger picture: 1) Vanadium prices commencing their massive increase (day 3 of nearly 3% rises - another 30 days to go). 2) Huge needs for VRFB almost immediately. If we do not get in the first waves there will be many more. 3) The actual inspired purchases by Fortune sitting there waiting to be developed. 4) Our output about to almost double from last year. Yes, paid for by shares but remember that the alternative was debt. I don't like either but prefer shares. Yes it means they sell and depress the share price but when that is over..... From my selfish point of view this depressed share price is excellent for buying (did so Monday and will do so again Monday next week) as the elastic on the share price is stretching and stretching. | purchaseatthetop

23/2/2021 22:33 | I don’t agree. While Abengoa might not turn out to be our partner in the BESS it is going to take a company like Abengoa to be the project lead. The VRFBs are just containers. There’s ground works, pads, switchgear, controls, security, cctv and connections to the grid. I can’t see that being Rongke. Abengoa were not just about solar farms. They were much more than that. | nvhltd
23/2/2021 22:19 | Should add that it's already been disclosed that the battery for the mini-grid is going to be a CellCube supplied by Enerox. | dontay
23/2/2021 22:11 | This explanation from HS concurs with my thoughts and say it pretty much as it is. In case people are panicking about Abengoa with regards to other future projects, that they are only involved in the PV side of the Mini-grid and nothing else has been disclosed. The Eskom BESS is only related to battery energy storage and the partner would be a mature VRFB company like Rongke to pass the regulatory loopholes and not Abengoa. Looking at their history in energy storage they don't seem to have many projects and more importantly no other VRFBs.Https://www.ab | dontay
23/2/2021 21:13 | Good to see Mikhail has the time to post twice on Linkedin in the past hour. Top tip. How about you post some positive news about your own company rather commenting and ‘liking’ everyone else’s news. How about writing an RNS to calm the nerves of your investors and the market instead of slagging off LG. Why don’t you tell us why our own UET VRFB was turned off when you keep banging on about how robust a VRFB is and why you’re finding it so difficult to move one single container from the port to the ESKOM test site? Don’t throw stones in glass houses Mikhail. He’s had 5 years and all I see is comments on LinkedIn. | nvhltd

23/2/2021 20:44 | From LSE: 33 tick ups. So at least 33 other investors are now waking up to the reality that was obvious 5 years ago. “you would have thought so but increasingly FM is the mug in the room and we the investors are paying the price. Our commodity price is flying high yet our share price languishes far below any rational value because consistently he gets investors of funders on board who get their shares and sell almost immediately acting as a log term drag on the share price and it does seem that he is acutely aware of the sh*t that is AIM and almost now refuses to get involved hence the lack of comms. You can be pretty sure that we will not hear from BMN until the Q1 update which will be 6 weeks after the end of the quarter rendering it pretty much useless as a gauge of where the company is. We have had snippets of information on lemur and BE for years but actually no progress. the document found yesterday about projects in sao tome, uganda etc is a case in point - what are or were those projects. they are beginning to look the public sector in this country - talk, talk and no action. dividend, jse listing, the list of mistakes outshines the vametco style deals that he was lauded for in 2018”. | nvhltd
23/2/2021 16:06 | There are other really 'big boys' on this preferred bidders list who could head up a consortium. DNG Power Holdings is certainly another one that I think could also have an excellent 'claim to be in the frame' as a project leader'. Abengoa's only 'claim to fame' link is from BMN's mini grid project. As they've been in well known and widely reported dire financial straights for several years, I doubt BMN would risk having them on board for such a vitally important venture.Imo, one of today's downers for the share price is less about manipulation and actually more about an impact and reflection of ... market sentiment about this news! Although the mm's may have jumped in on the back of it! | dontay

23/2/2021 15:40 | I think it was going to be this for ESKOM: Abengoa Rongke BMN BE (VERL) - For leasing maybe, but again isn’t Invinity involved in VERL. Abengoa should have been the perfect partner due to their size and experience for the ‘dirty’ part of the ESKOM bid. | nvhltd

23/2/2021 15:03 | Vauch...it is doing excellently! My average cost is around 14p so the present price is excellent. I am not going to sell and I am going to buy. The price today just gets me more shares. I am interested in the share price in a years time. Until then it can do what it wants. The price of V rising (which is the ONLY thing I trust about BMN/BE) means that there share IMO is eventually only going one way. Just because the price of the share is dropping does not mean manipulation. As we all know there are many opaque things about BMN and IMO there are sales of shares from Orion etc going on every time the price rises about 18p. Thats why we rise and fall. | purchaseatthetop
23/2/2021 15:02 | In addition to RP, I think it could be this lot that maybe involved in BMN's tender bid consortium. They are named on the published list of preferred bidders for the SA Gov's emergency one.Https://www.acwa | dontay
