12/3/2021 21:23 | Looks like there is every possibility that this links to Enerox.Strategic Investment in the CompanyRNS Number : 0775SMustang Energy PLC12 March 2021"The principal purposes of the Placing and the Strategic Investment will be for the Company and Acacia:- To invest together in manufacturing assets involved in the energy transition process with a relative focus on the energy storage/battery value chain; and- To invest in the development of renewable energy projects where there is scope to include stationary energy storage." | dontay
12/3/2021 20:39 | It’s certainly possible. I don’t think it’s been made clear just how much of Enerox we currently own. So if it goes public would we be able to influence the new company in terms of building in SA? Would we retain a stake or start to sell down like we did with Invinity? Would it really matter? I guess the main thing is the agreement to supply electrolyte going forward and saving it from bankruptcy. Bushveld Energy is still the biggest unknown for me. Mikhail has talked many times about the value chain for each project. The trouble is there hasn’t been any real project or sales other than Oxford Super hub (the VERL element)and no value has provided for that. There was a flow diagram of the rental process specifically for Oxford in the presentation posted yesterday on LSE. Obviously it didn’t mention Belco because it’s not built yet. Let’s hope that the Investor Meet link is a sign that they will have something to talk about soon. They are starting to run on fumes and stretch the patience of investors so they will need good news to pacify what will be a baying mob ready to bombard the 2 of them with probing questions. | nvhltd
12/3/2021 20:06 | You guys on here checked out the link with Acacia buying into MUST Mustang Energy? Looks like it may become the vehicle for Enerox. Would appreciate your thoughts. | aimbagger
12/3/2021 16:47 | Disappointing recent action, but not really threatening the trend, which is in secular recovery. This is mostly about Chinese steel production and the advantages of vanadium over the alternative. With VFRB as a very interesting tail. | brucie5
12/3/2021 11:28 | yes jimboau....some Director sales. For many reasons but not hugely material numbers. More relevant is the Duferco sales of many millions. We would have had debt if we had not satisfied the debt with shares. Swings and roundabouts. I rely on my view of what the vanadium price will be in six months time. In the end that is all that matters. The BE side of it can succeed or not. In the end we can be a very good commodity miner. | purchaseatthetop
12/3/2021 10:40 | Those closest to the action have been selling here, a pretty clear signal no? | jimboau
12/3/2021 09:41 | Buy at 17 and use a stop loss for 16p if you can. | plat hunter
12/3/2021 09:40 | vauch.....I really hope we get back to 12p. That is where I started buying many months ago. I would LOVE to add more at that price. OK...makes my portfolio profit look less good but long term this is going one way (I think....!!!????). Duferco are still selling IMO and will be till end of March. Makes sense as their half year is 31/3/21 and they will want to take the profit before the accounting cut off. | purchaseatthetop
12/3/2021 09:30 | Either that or it will be back to 12p | vauch
12/3/2021 08:34 | The share price movement appears depressed by a persistent seller. Frustrating but patience will pay off I hope. | coldspring
12/3/2021 06:13 | Not sure what is happening to V prices at the moment: For the last two days there have been no price movements on this database EXCEPT for Vanadium Pentoxide 98% flake in Europe which was up 2.79% yesterday, 2.63 up today and now is 30% up in the last 3 months. | purchaseatthetop

11/3/2021 17:46 | Their BMN video came out in short order. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. | goodgrief

11/3/2021 17:23 | The winning bid announcements for the Eskom BESS contracts and the SA Gov's 2GW renewables contracts are taking a long time to come through but we know that the 2GW one will be published by the end of March. It's probable given the massive strategic importance of these projects to SA and it's whole economy, these are being seen as something that goes way beyond just awarding a collection of renewable and storage energy contracts. It could well be that the winners of both projects will be announced at the same time.It is these SA contracts and projects that BE have been working and building towards for the last few years. Very hopefully the SA Gov. are in the process of setting up a whole new renewable and storage energy industry with the intention of making the absolute most of all that SA's huge natural Vanadium resources have to offer for energy storage. Getting all the ducks in a row and synchronising these projects and how and who is going to service them in a National formalised road map, will be a mammoth negotiating task and is undoubtedly going to be a huge organisational undertaking. As we also know they are on the brink of sending out invites for further massive energy related projects. Maybe it's not that surprising that all this is taking time! And the RNS that explains how all this is all going to be put together and which could also set out BMN's reorganisation/rebra | dontay
11/3/2021 14:08 | This is worth watching VRFBs and the Vanadium Market. A video on BMN is to follow. | rubberduck104
11/3/2021 14:00 | At least they have been added to the Investor Meets platform. I’ve always found their format and ability to post questions really useful. No meeting is scheduled yet, but they must be planning one I guess. | nvhltd
11/3/2021 13:53 | You see how rumours start on these bb. You couldn’t make it up. | nvhltd
11/3/2021 13:16 | Hi Mogwhy: That is interesting and would confirm my theory from many months ago. There might be a ‘purpose’ As a long term investor I still see huge potential here, but I’ve lost count of the times we seem to have shot ourselves in the foot which has given rise to delays and doubt around our ability to deliver and be a trusted partner. The communicationS are awful from the company. How hard is it to post up to date information in a blog, news page, tweet, LinkedIn page or news letter. The conference presentation that was posted this morning from November could and should have been uploaded and publicised on every media channel they have at their disposal. Why force investors to trawl the internet for snippets of news when it can found in the public domain? Why couldn’t that presentation from February and the ESMAP conference be on the company website and media channels? They really are a frustrating management team. | nvhltd
11/3/2021 12:00 | nvhltd - apparently there has been sight of an internal company document that suggests that Bushveld Energy will be brought under the Bushveld Vanadium umbrella to create a "single entity organisation". An imminent rebranding is expected. Make of that what you will. | mogwhy
11/3/2021 11:33 | Here’s another mixed message from the company. Today someone shared a presentation. Despite what they said in the RNS referenced above the presentation still suggests that Belco will remain with BE? | nvhltd |
