Well at least we now know VRFB's will never be used for medium to large scale BESS projects. There's no manufacturer in the western world anywhere near capable of supplying the number of units required. And the huge amounts of funding that would be required to increase manufacturing capacities to compete with Lithium on any medium to large scale makes VRRB solutions completely unviable. VRFB's are only intended for small scale mini-hybrid type solutions. NOT major grid scale projects. Despite all the well known drawbacks, the Lithium industry has got all large BESS projects sown up tight the whole world over. And it ain't never gonna give it up!BMN and VRFB solutions were - due to the cosy toes relationships with the SA president himself, plus the governments own investment arm ( IDC) being on board, plus local employment, plus copious amounts of natural and locally produced raw material, etc. etc. etc ..... were supposed to blow all other BESS tenders solutions out of the ball park.It didn't happen and obviously never will happen. Eskoms major projects were virtually guaranteed to fall into BMN's hands ... according to Alphacomp, RK, Loudspeaker, MO and the rest the gullible merry band of the supposedly well researched rampers.What happened facepalmer? Did you Facepalm yourself once to often?

Well I was p*ssed of with Fortune that we not going to get any of the BESS pie and still angry with this management since I am sitting on a hefty loss due to fortune and mikhails lies and lack of clarity

Yes I do remember. I still have copy of the excell spreadsheet. At the time I was a top 10 investor. Glad I took some off the table and divested into other shares and more property. Much better investments than dinghies and secondhand cars.

So let’s try and refocus. What do you think of the revelation that we were never in the hunt for ESKOM and yet the company allowed investors to believe we were?

Who ever said I could do a better job? Typical ridiculous response. However, you can’t keep saying who else could do the job while they are failing. There’s always someone better even if a different decision lead to a better outcome.

I’m here to make cash pure and simple. I have no loyalty to the company, the management or the tech.

It’s fair to say I am still sitting on a significant gain, but it’s not enough when you take into account where the share price has been, what management has promised and why we are going backwards.

Everyone is accountable or should be, but these guys aren’t. They should be out.

Ok so you’ve established that your here to make money. Hopefully this won’t go to your head, but obviously you think management are doing a poor job and that you feel you are more qualified and have more experience in running such a business. Surely someone with your business acuments could get themselves elected as a non exec director? At least with you at the helm then someone might listen to all your valuable insight and stop them making as you put drastic mistakes ?

Question is; unless you think a strong and sustained V price is coming, then dilution is inevitable. So... At what price does this become a Buy? I reduced my holding at 11p but even in the 6's I'm not tempted. What price is a nailed on Buy in this now?

I’d it convert every share holder to Anti Bushveld I’m the hope that we all sell up and the company collapses. Because that is all that I can see you are trying to do ?! Day in day out casting negative uncertainty for 4 years!! I mean why do hyou honestly do it - what makes Stu T tick ?? Why change your name on LinkedIn 3 times and have a false profile there?? There must be a genuine reason for all your actions over the last 4 years surely?

I’ve listened to all of the investors presentation over the years and the lame questions the likes of John Meyers asks at the end, but I thought the 2 questions from the guy at Tower Capital were the best to date. In 2 simple questions he got Fortune to come clean and provide more information about why BE has failed so miserably so far. I hope he asks similar questions next time.

Oh and by the way it was afternoon ( not morning) when you posted your daily tripe . Also a bit sick of you to mention Sharm especially with what that family are going through. As for me selling up plat no thanks , I can see the potential here and separating BE will give both sides of the business a more accurate valuation and clearer picture of the whole Bushveld platform.

Oh Alexander. You’re starting to rant and become irrational.

I’m only here as an investor to make money. I can change my outlook on the company as many times as Fortune fails to deliver on his targets.

As an example and very simplistically my outlook on the share price performance will go from positive to negative as the vanadium price rises and falls.

Similarly my positivity towards the company can rise and fall depending on Fortune’s performance and delivery on his targets. Obviously I’m rather negative in respect to his performance at the moment.

After yesterday’s presentation I guess you could put me is a negative to neutral position. Fortune can not change the past and his bad management todate, but going forward he could start to make amends and repair his tarnished reputation. Unfortunately it will take as many years as it does to grow production to the newer lower target of 8,000 mtv and for BE to return some sharehold value after 7 years of failure.

I’m only here for the money. I don’t care how they do it I just want the share price to rise, but that normally happens with good news and a well managed company.

Of course you also know my “spiffle”; on LinkedIn and Twitter reflects the questions everyone wants to know the answers to. I think that if it wasn’t for me voicing my concern through the only channels open to us Fortune would still think he was the messiah especially when you post that you are a proud investor!

(Probably the most proactive thing you could do right now )

Unfortunately you are still deluded. BE will raise cash on listing and our shareholding will be diluted. Same too for Enerox via Mustang. Both will be in the next 12 months.

Fortune confirmed yesterday that they do not have the cash to fund BE anymore.

He also confirmed that BE was never going to win any of the ESKOM contracts. The likes of you, BBN, Alfa, Sanchez and many others jumped on to the hype perpetuated by Mikhail and Fortune and ran with it shouting down anyone that could see the hype for what it was.

You were all saying that the involvement of the IDC, the grant from the US, the opportunity to install a VRFB at ESKOM, the stage shared with the president, the safety angle, the employment opportunities all lead you to the conclusion that the ESKOM tenders were written with BE in mind.

Total tosh and I said it many times and gave valid reason which you and many others decried as nonsense.

Well the facts are out now. Fortune confirmed that we were never in the running because of the lack of VRFB manufacturing capacity. It was bloody obvious to anyone not wearing rose tinted glasses or praying at the alter of Fortune.

Now you come on here and choose to ignore all of your past wild statements and the reality of the stall on production growth bought about by the miss management and failings of Fortune. Instead you cherry pick one issue that you can cling to for 15 months or so before that issue because another reality which is the Orion funding.

The Orion situation is now less than 18 months away. Your hero admitted yesterday that the CLN’s were one of the root causes for the poor share price The holders were not long term investors and they are selling out. If by some miracle the company makes $60 plus million in cash in the time that’s great, but I and indeed Fortune doesn’t think so. So an extension, loan or dilution is inevitable.

Now what happened to the transformational news you and Gah promised us? Where are the RNS’s Libero promised us last week with the ESKOM news? I tried to joining the dots, but it didn’t make for a pretty picture.

As I have tried to tell you lunatics many times we were never going to win any of the ESKOM BESS and it’s not because I was taking a wild guess. It’s because my research and the facts lead me to that conclusion years ago.

With respect to profitability. I have never said that we will not be profitable in 2022. It’s too early to say that with any certainty with 6 months to go, a war raging, high inflation and a recession all but a formality. However, I did say that 2020 and 2021 would be loss making early on, but as you will recall in 2020 you were claiming daily that the company was making $1million profits per week.
