Might sound a bit stupid but what if they list be on jSE and raise enough to just sell 180 mw of solutions to bmn. Bmn will be a different company . If it doesn't cost bmn any money but provides cellcube with 180 mw of contracts and be with 180 mw of fees and bmn electrolyte corresponding sales....now that would be a show case..and show stopper!!!
