Well I have given my instructions, ah well shxt happens no more junior miners for me. I will be putting whats left into QFI and hope I get some of my losses back.
It's been great reading your comments over the past years, best of luck to one and all. Happy dealings from now on. Maybe bump into some of you elsewhere.
Cheers

Well done to most of you on the takeover deal, shame the price was not higher but this is the market at the moment.

OT - Might be worth keeping an eye on, or completing some dd, on AIM and ASX listed MNC, sitting on a 1.3bt copper project in Peru.

I wish him a long and permanent retirement. Beevor might join him in the retirement home.

Hi BrettIt's a shame when we fail to achieve our goals. I thank you for your efforts and honesty.Just a point to reflect on - if you ever get involved in a listed company again - know your shareholders and improve your approach to protecting your share price. It's your currency and if fairly priced avoids bidders from trying it on.Good luck for the future Best John

sold out move funds into AAZ. Self funding gold miner. Looks as if the process issues have been resolved.

blik...I accepted because I think being a minority shareholder will be bad news...they cite this themselves as a reason to accept..."you dont want us in control if you are a minority scrub!"

I'd like to know what happens to minority share holders. Will there be a delisting, and forced to take whatever is offered then?Anyone considered buying NGF now?

Why dont BGL return all their cash in the bank to shareholders and stop doing anything that costs them money?

Well I've just bought 250000 @4.2 which should give me another £380 before I accept. Suggest others do as well if cash available. Every little helps I guess. Such a shame.

Like many I've been holding these for a long time and have to agree with all the comments. Looking at today's trades I don't understand why anyone would be selling unless they just can't be bothered to wait a couple of weeks for the deal to close.Whatever happened to David Black? Anyone know?

iii have got their corporate actions team going, just TDW now. Still can't decide to accept the offer with both accounts. Would think Norton will get the lot now either way so makes no difference.

leedskier, don't think BL is that commercially capable, just think he's a technician that had no idea of the implications.

Would the bid had gone through had PMG been at BGL, I don't think so.

Interesting but not at surprising that your trades were not shown Sat. No wonder we rarely know the true picture.

Stuart - I spotted that yesterday and I see it as free money! I bought 1m shares at an average of 4.19p (blocks of 300k and 200k but my purchases were not shown). I have instructed my broker to sell the whole 1m at 8c. If I get 4.42p per share, I will make a profit of about £2300. I can't see the downside unless the exchange rate used to pay me is very poor, but even then I should make something.

sharkattack, pretty obvious, it was to hammer the share price to invite a bid. It back fired because there were no bids at say 10p.
