This feels like it's being held down! Why? A cheap buyout? Funds buying cheap in advance of interest rate cuts? It stinks.

Should BT cancel the dividend to pay down debt?

it was ever thus, people have been saying big tech is over valued for years, thats how speculation works in the usa, people bet the companies will grow into their earnings or become the big guerrilla in their industry....nothing really suggests these companies wont continue to grow....they have so far._

How the magnificent 7 have become a trillion dollar club...mind boggling...hence indices are distorted due to its heavy weightings...value shares decimated...no reasoning for investing in markets...junky traders paradise...

waaaah waaaah this share price should be higher, it must be manipulation...ffs, put on another record, this is how the cycle goes in the uk, invest accordingly, its money for nothing, buy more while you have the chance, why do you have to moan about manipulation and pension funds every two days? everyone has heard it three times over already...

diku: USA tech giants are like the Standard Oil of 1911.....
We need to split these tech giants up as they are global monopolies.
They are hoovering up all the money and talent of the globe.
They are a tech giant black hole. Destroying the West.
If we dont do something it will be the end us the West.

I don't think I've ever seen such a large FTSE stock manipulated as this one.
It's blatant!

So interestingly - Truth Social - A twitter than no one uses,
after a few weeks, it will probably have a higher
market cap than BT, which actually makes a thumping
big profit and pays a dividend.

I wonder what would happen if the Microsoft Pension Fund started shorting Google shares and vice versa?
Not illegal but would raise some Eyebrows....see their could be some kinda Gentlemen's agreement to short other Countries Companies even if they are detached.
Our Pension Funds are scared to buy shares in Energy Companies as it might upset someone with a Milk Float!

Blimey Apple have just taken a Huge Short on Samsung and India !

CEO has spent a lot of her own money recently at 108p odds. A v positive sign.

Don’t read too much into that purchase, jackthecat, she has to purchase stock as a condition of her employment.

I think she has to build a holding of at least 500% of her salary over the next 5 years, so she’ll need increase that holding by at least ten times over.

Good luck everyone, Sid.
