I have a 278p target on BT. Maybe this is the catalyst we need to commence the journey north.

If the market are expecting a turbulent year, I expect cash to pile into the traditional safe-havens like BT.

I think the director buy was simply a liquidity creator for dumping, or simply bad judgement

Suspect the former, unless market dim and therefore shouldn't be in the job
