my view is the post office tower is too skinny to be a good office block...

Its far better suited as a luxury hotel (or luxury air B&B)

So BT were wise to take the money....

I cant see what use BT can have for a skinny pole in the middle of london..
But £250m is a big chunk of cash to add to profits....
