And you know, a drop in price isn't the same to them as us. Much different really, structure to it.

Plus the likely promise of a seat elsewhere , by funds, wanting to offload and needinG liquidity ...and well compensated in such ways down the road for creating it 😆

It must be noted though, so many CEO contracts now require them to buy x times salary , when in the seat

It's a fairly newish and increasing requirement around the globe which further dilutes the value in seeing them buy..

Problem is, they don't need to disclose this part of a contract
