20/3/2020 21:02 | Why is it that on most discussion boards, posters try and cause as much negativity as they possibly can. Nothing that anyone on a discussion board can say positive or negative, can make any difference to the share price of a FTSE100 company, they're just wasting their time. Only fools would read and act on comments made on this thread. BT will still be around when we've all gone to heaven. | nige co
20/3/2020 17:07 | Smurfy2001....The final dividend in August 20...BT can use the current crisis to reduce/cancel the dividend ! | dmf

20/3/2020 16:52 | Surprised not see a big drop on this today with BT having announced that they are giving free 'unlimited' usage upgrades to all users who are not contracted for it. Didn't realise BT was a charity. I shall certainly be asking for a refund. | hylas

20/3/2020 11:47 | Daily Mail of course the moaners paper, saying BT sport subscribers, must admit including me want some money back, or free extra months when its comes back. Fair enough BT can afford it. Thats why sudden fall. | montyhedge

20/3/2020 10:28 | These soon be back to 155p, business must be booming. Year end 31st March so should catch this boom.I think 30% reduction in dividend to be sensible. But still well above FTSE 100 yield median. | montyhedge

20/3/2020 09:17 | Congrats Jenny ;-) | sicker
20/3/2020 09:08 | Nice rebound from the lows. As an employee, I maxed-out my £1800 'direct share' allowance for March - which I had to commit to in January, when the share price was a fair bit higher than it is now - I thought £1.40 was a steel at the time. The transaction was executed last Friday, when the share price was £1.15 - so this is a touch of good news. Bounding back towards £1.40 as I type. | jenny tulwought
20/3/2020 08:56 | Telecoms giant BT says it will remove data caps on all its home broadband packages to help people work from home and access entertainment during the coronavirus outbreak. BT's latest tariffs already include unlimited data as standard, but older deals came with limits on how much data could be downloaded each month. The company will also cap some charges for "vulnerable customers", who only have a landline telephone and no broadband. | dipso
20/3/2020 07:45 | A lot of companies withholding dividend, BT may cut but they will pay a dividend in my opinion. Surely booming on installation of fibre.Life has move online. | montyhedge
19/3/2020 21:27 | Like the news said life is moving online, BT said it can cope. Never know could have bumper profits. Fingers crossed. | montyhedge |
