Why sell? Mght be redeemed at £1 some time. Its backed by deposit that funds the dividend. This is no preference share.Its a no brainer gain. Admittedly BKIR do not like it but they have to pay it -unless they pay out what the investors might take- £1. Meanwhile buy for the nice income and pray it stays until anyway BKIR shares take off. You get no yield on dirt cheap BKIR - I 'subsidise' my BKIR with BWSA. After all why give BKIR a free lunch ?

fitch reckon boi are now very well capitalised even allow for poor loan book , boi shares done very well recently this bodes very well for these and of course the 13.37m boi bonds.
