why anyone is selling for 116.2p when you can get 1.18813p or 119.570p and no dealing charges is beyond me !

With stocks yielding crazy numbers I was thinking of moving some Prefs into stocks. Today was a great bonus and made my decision very easy with this particular preference share

Yes did it this morning. I think these are excellent at these prices for the ISA and long term income

Adding funds to this years ISA this weekend with the intention to add here for the long term. Yield very attractive here still.

Just bought a small amount in my ISA. Yield 7.08%. will buy more when I have some more funds as these join the RSAB I already hold, paying 100.6p average for them.

Happy to be locking in 7% yields at the moment

6.8% seems rather out of kilter for the pref market given its peers are all north of 7%. Any reason?

Presumably encouraged by the NWBD result , but if we are to get roaring inflation , certainly is the case in construction materials at present , these would be declining , but then I suppose the necessity to clear them out for regulatory purposes is the stronger pull .
