If the share price continues to drift the directors should start buying back shares after the AGM.

A 10am Agm start in Bristol isn't particularly friendly. Poor form.

It's over 1% of today's buy price. Good luck getting that from your bank account.

A dividend is nice but we will not get too excited about 0.28p!

There have been a few large trades recently but not a lot of action as far as share price is concerned.

Just out of interest....Why would they be reliant on Southern Rock which incidentally is owned by one of the ex directors AFAIK ?

A positive update. Expect some growth this year despite softening market for motor. Acquisition costs fall in a soft market as customers tend to stay put - s0 it has its benefits.

A year of consolidation in many ways - new premises and better systems and processes (to keep their affinity partners happy).

BRT is also reducing its reliance on Southern Rock for underwriting its online business. In 2012 - it underwrote 64% of business. This falls in 2013 to around 34%.

Martyn Holman, CEO, said the plan was to grow to 500k policies (currently 465k) and then go to 1m.

They need to use the new powers to buy back shares in order to kick start some interest.
