Edison was forecasting normalised (adjusted) EPS of 3.24p. The actuals came in 16% above that. If I'm reading that right, that is.

The management are certainly concentrating on developing the business for the long term. Getting control of the technology was an excellent long term move as was buying the premises.

Results are out. EPS up 35% to 2.78p. Adjusted EPS before share based payments, amortisation of intangibles and exceptionals 3.76p. So at 25p the shares trade at between 6.6x and 8.9x historic earnings.

Well that date wasn't much use, back to waiting. According to Investegate there were no prelims last year but finals were March 23rd, are prelims optional?

Having said that, it is just 5 grand's worth that's been traded so far today. I guess we shouldn't get our hopes up yet.

mystery why the founders choose to sell if it is such a great undervalued business and why previous CEO left last year... on paper looks great..
