Further to its announcement on Friday 14 December 2018, the Company has been notified that Amit Bhatia, Deputy Chairman of Breedon Group plc, has purchased a further 400,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 56.44p per Ordinary Share*. As a consequence, Mr Bhatia now has an interest in 500,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's total voting rights.

100,000 @ 56p just printed, probably a 'buy' going by this morning's share price direction.

This month has seen some very interesting share purchases by directors here.
With 7 of them buying over £225000 of stock between them.
That does not look like pocket money trades designed to give an impression of confidence in the company, in my view thats a very serious financial commitment.


There is clearly something strong within the company that they can see from their inside position, that the market either cannot see yet,or is waiting to see how the recent takeover beds in.

Anyway I like to see strong buying by directors,it give me confidence to buy.
