CEO authorises special dividend to distribute loans of cash out of a business, which benefits him as a shareholder, Then subsequently sells out his holding, with the last sale some two weeks before coming back to the market with a placing. CEO takes a big stake in the placing. Good luck to the CEO proving that isn't insider dealing.
