Don't think I've ever seen a company return almost 43p to shareholders, then see a director dump all his shares, then raise money at 18p all within 8 months, totally bizarre and certainly can't argue with anyone who said you would need a pretty large bargepole to touch anything this fella is involved in!

Defo can be classed as insider trading for sure right, but look at the other side he is investing his own money into paraytec which is a good thing and he will spike it up so a good buying opportunity.

What TB has done is clear insider dealing, but don't confuse that with forward selling of shares which while distasteful is perfectly legal.

Surely this is illegal and I have said for months how his selling is bad for the company but I have never seen a director dump 9 million shares only to buy a load back much cheaper in a placing before.

Every single person should be reporting this Yes there are shorters and people who are long but this guy is the worst scammer knownI would not be surprised if the placing stock was forward sold by his brokers hence the daily drops which again is illegal

I wondered if I was doing the right thing when O sold these at 40p. Soon after I sold it went to just over 50p. Kicked myself and thought that's another mistake. Now I feel that my gut knew more about this than my head. Glad I'm out. Feel sorry for holders. I can see this heading back to 10p.
