20/8/2021 10:17 | Looks good for a run again to mid 30s next week. TB would want to bag a few times before even considering selling his stake. Best trader around by a country mile ? | wahrani31dz
20/8/2021 08:41 | I feel that BRH have news to release but I don't think they can release it so close to the placing. Placings don't happen over night, iN my opinion this placing could have easily been made when the share price was £1.20 and a discount given for the placing at £1.00 then there would have only been 2.5m extra shares to issue. But obviously TB knows what's lying ahead so why not sell his shares collapsing the SP, most of his share have gone at a huge profit then he places at 18p knowing full well that Paraytec will be sold probably for £52m and a dividend paid at £1, TB makes a lot of money shareholders not bothered because they have made money too, happy days, all of course in my opinion DYOR | c31161
19/8/2021 16:25 | Predication, Paraytec gets sold for 52 million BRH pays £1 per share dividend. | c31161
19/8/2021 12:43 | Yes there is its just not being sold into the market but everyone's shares have been diluted by 26% but the price went up. | c31161
19/8/2021 12:37 | There is no new stock. Well not until any of the placing purchasers (Trev and co) decide to sell some. | cliffv69
19/8/2021 11:43 | Indeed. The last post is why im loading. All the new stock has/is being snapped up. I suspect we will be closer to 50p this time next week. Lock, load and hold. | genierub
19/8/2021 10:13 | Yes over 26% extra shares shares in the company are now in issue and the share price is up, tells you a story, still only 52m shares in issue which is very low and it won't take much buying pressure to have a big impact. | c31161
19/8/2021 09:35 | The placing at 18p has value £2.4m has been admitted to trading on aim today | cottlet
