letmepass, I suggest you do some research rather than suggest this is a pump and dump ramp.

If it had been, I think most will agree that they would not have stated that the deal would be of "no financial benefit" - that is directly.

Since Claire Hungate has run this company, the business has established itself as a leader in its field, with a growing Eastern business.

It is well undervalued at the current levels imo. They have cash in the bank but if they do require cash to make a purchase, you may find that it will be at a premium.

Viewing is all well and good but without monetisation it doesnt matter. They need to get motoring on opening up the Asian advertising market using their new contacts at Tencent, and their office in Singapore where the CEO and team are currently. Thats the big opportunity.

All we have to look forward to is a trading update on the 7th December, if they decide to do it. If news is not so good they could well hold off on that if the news is not so good. Full year results are due March 19....as the hading says you have to be brave.

The reality is that the executives were granted very large numbers of share options at 0.1p (one tenth of a penny) that vest over time without performance criteria. So they dont care about the share price month to month, they will make huge gains just by sitting tight. You just have to hope they are building long term value whilst doing so.

The spread is 1.435p - 1.575p - true spread that is and nearly 10%. The MMs are playing safe and who can blame them. As we know, just because shares are cheap it does not mean they wont get cheaper, or even far cheaper.
The shares have drifted since mid-June and need news of income to increase early profits reported last time out.

Next time save yourself the trouble of buying and selling for a loss and just get the mm's bank details and pay the money in direct
