Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Social video company Brave Bison (AIM: BBSN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Oliver Green as non-executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.

Oli, 27, is the Chief Executive of Top 100 digital marketing agency Tangent. Oli has worked in digital marketing and technology for the last seven years across a range of sectors including FMCG, Technology, B2B and Automotive. Clients have included Sky, PepsiCo, SAP, IWG, Carlsberg and Group PSA. Oli has advised on strategy across projects such as digital transformation, conversion rate optimisation and customer relationship management (CRM).

Oli was included in the British Interactive Media Association's (BIMA) Top 100 list and is a regular commentator on UK digital media and marketing.

Oli is also a Director of private investment vehicle Tangent Industries Ltd and has led a number of significant investments in the TMT sector.

Tangent and associated companies currently hold 22.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of Brave Bison Group plc.

Oliver Charles Green (known as Oli Green), aged 27, is currently a director of Tangent Marketing Services Ltd and Tangent Industries Limited. In the previous five years, Oliver Green has been a director of TOD London UK Ltd.

Oliver Green owns 1,052,414 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights. In addition, Oliver Green is a director and shareholder in Tangent Marketing Services Ltd, which holds 133,705,556 Ordinary Shares, and is a director of Tangent Industries Ltd which holds 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 21.84 per cent. and 0.18 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights, respectively.
