My view is that it would pay the BoD to accept even the 2.5p that Nextlink has suggested as a lower figure, if KIN can put forward a plan that will turn those 2.5p into at least 10p in a very short time due to having merged the enterprises.

It is not important how much you paid for the stock, if someone can put forward a sound and probably plan to turn that investment into a even greater figure in as short as possible a time frame. Lets us hope they have got it right and they can do this, not concentrate only on the paper value now.

Still a great punt at current levels as I am of the view that it is very undervalued by the market due to its history and what occurred in the boardroom. Hence, KIN getting in on the act.

Bought these slightly on the spike after the merger rns last week.

Some cursory research suggests BBSN is undervalued given current cash position and revenues.

ZIN will have to put up something substantial in order to persuade BBSN bod to play ball. Yes the synergies are obvious but ZIN is relatively low on cash and BBSN is turning around nicely after the change of focus last year which means that it doesn't need to join forces.

I haven't got the foggiest about how much paper will need to be offered for the Bod to accept but given that many of them have invested heavily in the company at 5p recently I can't see it being below that figure.

The other attraction of this stock is the small free float. Most shares are tightly held having been bought at 5p and even way above that by the Bod and the liked of Invesco. This means that it moves fast on low volume.

Downside limited by company being turned around and new contracts with top tier companies such as Shell and Turkish Airlines being won.

Well worth a punt from these beaten down levels. Any good news should see a rapid rise in share price

Any offer by ZIN will have to be good considering we don't need to merge and that we're doing well in reducing costs and winning contracts.

I am no Accountant and I don't know how much progress either company
has made in their turnaround plans.
The following is a completely unfounded guess and no doubt
others will point out how wrong I am.
I'll say a paper offer will be higher than the current share price
Higher still if targets on growth are set.
So say 2.5 pence minimum to 5 pence maximum.

Nexttlink, I think they had already taken the necessary steps to halt the flow of outgoing cash and have since the start of the year moved forward considerably with their strategy and have gained another major client in Shell plus made other decisive moves in the industry. However,I do not think the Boardroom bust up was as serious as you suggest as the parties all remained on the board.

That said, I amin agreement with you that as long as Zinc accept that BBSN stakeholders receive a fair and reasonable paper offer that is slightly in their favour, everyone will WIN WIN in the longer term.

Where would you put the paper offer for BBSN stock at Nexttlink? What do you think would be fair and reasonable?

As you say neither company has been anything other than loss making over recent years.
However the indications are that Zinc has finally turned the corner, accepting that
only with the next results can we be absolutely certain.
Regarding Brave Bison Group, what little I know suggests they are hemorrhaging cash
and have had a recent Boardroom Bustup.
Zinc is unlikely to have the cash to make a reasonable offer.
My view is that if Brave Bison Group's management can see things as they are, accepting they cannot continue as they are.
A paper offer from Zinc, with the advantage tilted slightly to Brave Bison Group's shareholders advantage may be acceptable.
Zinc can clearly see an opportunity on the right terms and it is easy to see where significant savings for the merged companies can be made.

No deal is better than a bad deal but the share price maybe where it is because of the uncertainty and the time it will take to haggle out the nuts and bolts while undertaking full due diligence. At present it does not seem that there is any certainty that ZIN will be able to pull off a deal that will satisfy BBSN holders, in fact it may have been a way of getting BBSN to swallow them, as neither has a great history but I am sure together with the resulting cost cutting they would form a strong and very profitable company. At this time though BBSN looks the much better growth prospect imo.

I hold ZIN, no BBSN, as you say let's hope they can strike a deal.

Agreed Nextlink but a merger would add considerable shareholder value imo. BBSN is however very undervalued based on the potential growth in the areas of media they have promoted. So I expect ZIN will have to provide a fair bit of paper to BBSN stakeholders to make this attractive but in the longer run will offer huge added value to ZIN - so win win for both side imo. Let us hope they can strike a good deal for all concerned.

Clearly some think there will not be an acceptable offer made to BBSN as the share price has returned to its opening bid/offer price. Maybe Zinc Media are undervaluing the business at the moment.

The news the RNS brings clearly has not been fully appreciated by many yet as the share price has a long way to go north regardless of Zinc possibly making an offer that is attractive bearing in mind the recent contract with Shell and the progress being made.

The price fell from around 5p when the board were not in agreement about selling - so I expect it will reach Stockdales Feb Target price and maybe higher fillipe.

Great day with LWRF so far.

Good to see it settle back a little, allowing short term profit takes to move on and others who now wish to take a longer term view, which offers potential, a chance to invest at what is still very low levels.

Thanks for your input euclid5, time to sit back and relax and watch the ups and downs as it heads northwards over the coming months/years.

Hopefully this thread will continue to attract longer term holders that from time to time spot interesting info and post a few links.

I started the thread when the share price was around 4/4.5p so has a way to go to return to that level but as has been said, the share price can move very fast as the stock is tightly held.

So there are no misunderstandings about my position here, I started to buy a small amount on the way down and more on the way up, and intend retaining a long term holding but trading part of my holding from time to time.

If this becomes another IDOX over the years it will be rewarding for those that invest rather than trade.

This thread welcomes traders and holders.

Good to see you all getting aboard.

euclid5, I cannot see the company ever needing another cash call, as the type of business they are in shows huge profits as soon as critical mass is achieved, which it seems to me is getting very close to reaching. There is still plenty of cash in the company and with a few turns of the screw the company could soon be worth at least five times its current market value imo.

I expect a little two way trading from here on up as some take profits or top slice as we have already seen late today. in addition the MM will soon be looking for stock and start to play games to shake weaker holders out.

First real stop has got to be around 5/6p imo.

Good luck and well done to those that have already turned a good profit on a small investment.
